'No Shipping Speed' or No Shipping Options Available in Checkout across multiple locales.

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1385
The Dispatch team informed us that the routing configurations for envelopes were updated around 6:30 PM EDT today, in an attempt to reintroduce the “routing with” logic. As a result, Vista experienced no shipping options in EDO, and free white envelope products were being blocked at checkout. Based on confirmation from the Vista PBM, we are moving the case status to Contain. The Dispatch squad will work on the bug fix during their business hours.

They are observing an increasing trend of flawed UX—specifically, missing shipping speeds or no shipping options available at checkout across multiple locales. All NA free white envelope products for Vista are being blocked in checkout—since 10 PM (UTC). The next update will be provided after the Production Operations team joins the Slack channel.
