GS Batch stuck on webshell (DW-MACHINE-14) for Drinkware process

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1384
The affected batch has been split into 5 smaller batches of 1000 items each. These all are now in ‘scheduled’ status on DW-MACHINE-14.

In the future, if the problem reoccurs for other large orders, it should be rejected via the Problem Management screen.

Incident is now contained.

Support teams are currently working to split the batches in order to process the items.

D’Ninjas identified that the problem is due to the large item quantity causing the job delivery to time out. The team is currently looking into possible solutions, including manually producing & processing the order.
