On April 15th (Tuesday), PrintDeal production team noticed an unexpectedly low number of items with TBS for April 17th (Thursday) and a disproportionately high number for April 18th (Friday). During the investigation, it was discovered that an inconsistency in the responses from the system responsible for calculating the expected delivery date. This issue has resurfaced and there is a risk of customers receiving their products later than initially promised.
