Vista has reviewed the provided PRDs and confirmed that validations are now passing. Additionally the error rate has dropped significantly over the past few minutes. We will continue to monitor the situation for a while before officially containing the incident. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner if there’s a change.

Since 9:30am ET, Vista has seen a spike in add-to-cart failures, affecting multiple products — including one of our top-selling items, Business Cards — with an estimated 25–50 failed attempts per minute. They would like this to have regular updates due to the Critical nature and impact on major best seller.
