The Artwork Infrastructure Team has initiated a hostname unification for both the Content Delivery Network (CDN) and the core Sherbert-assets service (Sherbert V2 and V3). The only anticipated support concern is related to compressed responses from the CDN potentially causing issues in environments that don’t support decompression. If this occurs, the temporary workaround would be disabling compression at the CDN level with plans to re-enable it after addressing the root cause. The infrastructure changes were rolled out region by region starting at 9:17 AM IST and completed by 11:56 AM IST. The first support request related to this change was received at 1:07 PM IST and a fix achieved via a partial revert was implemented by 1:56 PM IST.
