Credit card customers unable to purchase on Box Up site

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1350
CTIM is containing the incident as the situation is stable and customers are able to check out with credit card at this time. Teams will continue investigation during normal business hours as to what caused the errors earlier and why customers do not get the ‘confirmation of payment’ page returned.

UPDATE:

While it appears as if all current tests are working and customers with credit card payments are able to place orders, there is still some unexpected errors and behavior. Teams continue to investigate this at highest priority.

Box Up development has also joined the investigation and were able to run a successful test. Next update in max 30 minutes.

E-Commerce Storefront team has joined the investigation to see if there is any root cause from their side. Next update in max 30 minutes.

Since at least last 30 minutes, Box Up site customers are receiving error ‘Uknown Error Occurred’ when attempting to puchase on Box Up site using credit card. Box Up team is able to recreate the issue with credit card, but were able to check out using invoice.
