Escalation sent to: PCD: Strandbeest for review.
Vista Incident Response Team raised an issue at 13:23 ET where they had noticed 500 errors from the Surface Service from ~12:40pm - 13:00 ET. The problem affected ~700 Vista customers. CT Product Catalog domain was contacted via Platform Support. Strandbeest squad identified the issue and had already restored service functionality. CTIM is raising the non-paging escalation so we can perform post-incident processes and documentation.
