UPDATE:

Optics squad identified that the missing page count in POM is due to the Pagecount attribute being blacklisted in the fulfiller’s FOMA configuration. This setup was put in place possibly 6 years ago but is no longer valid for their current multi-page product setup. Optics squad removed Pagecount from the blacklist and confirmed that its now visible in POM. We are currently awaiting confirmation from the customer to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating an issue where a required attribute for production (page count) is not showing in POM for product sku CIM-CF1XN0NP. At this point, there’s only one confirmed order though it could be more widespread. Currently not engaging paging to PCD until we can verify if additional orders are affected.
