Artwork Integration team has corrected the app configuration. We are currently checking with users to confirm if the issue is resolved.
UPDATE:
Artwork teams confirm that the issue is with enhanced reviews only but it currently affecting all users that have recently logged in to the app. Enhanced review has been disabled until the problem can be identified and resolved.

Users are currently experiencing issues in artwork review tools and unable to load orders due to errors stating “We cannot find the application you were looking for”. The issue is already under investigation.
