Support teams have confirmed the problem and discussed a fix to be deployed. The issue limited to ~121 orders at the moment and will be treated as ‘high’ priority with continued remediation during business hours.

The issue likely spiked in the past few days due to new regions that were enabled and are pulling cached uploads. Affected orders will need to regenerate the sharpened assets and then be resubmitted/remediated.

Orders for SKU CIM-QXF450JW are being rejected due to a problem with the print URL on the input document. AIRpod and Sherbert teams have already identified the likely cause. Current impact is ~100 orders.
