From Artwork teams: A new deployment in the logo extraction service caused slowness, leading to a queue buildup. This issue lasted from 11 AM EST to 2 PM EST, affecting smart backsides processing.

The issue is contained at this point. We have not received any reports from other business units of any impact to customers.
