UPDATE:

As per the latest update, National Pen has provided the required details to the D’ninjas team for further troubleshooting of the issue. Currently, D’ninjas is waiting for NatPen to confirm the new configuration request.

The D’Ninjas squad is currently waiting for a response from the National Pen team regarding details such as the product family name and its configuration values to proceed with the setup in their system. The next update will be provided once the National Pen team comes online and shares the required details or maximum in 8 to 9 hours.

From the given details, DNinjas were able to update only for FHQ. Due to a lack of details and response from the National Pen team, updates for the other two products will be looked into during IST business hours. We will keep this incident open until the configurations for all three products are updated.

UPDATE:

D’Ninjas identified that Order 52740687.1 belongs to the GHQ-WHT product family which is not configured. As a result, the order defaults to the system’s default configuration. To ensure orders pick the correct configuration, the correct product family must be provided, otherwise the system will continue applying the default settings. Awaiting response from National Pen to provide exact values of configured product family.
