Production has been notified of the limitations with these orders. The dev and support teams will make some improvements to prevent these issues from being escalated in the future. Incident is contained.

UPDATE:

D’Ninjas informed us that these orders are not yet producible in the Paperless system and will be rejected back to the legacy flow. Additionally, to prevent future orders from getting stuck in Paperless, D’Ninjas plans to disable receiving orders for the pick-pack workflow requiring aggregation on the Order Ingestion end. These orders can be re-enabled once support for this workflow is added in Paperless. Awaiting confirmation from the NatPen team to contain this incident.

UPDATE:

Aggregate Pick and Pack orders are currently not supported within Paperless and is handled by the plant using the systems outside of Paperless. This is a known limitation and the orders will become stuck during box creation. D’Ninjas will continue investigating during business hours and provide additional updates at that time. We will keep the issue open until we hear back from the plant that they can produce these items with alternate methods.

National Pen production has 60 total GS orders that are stuck in either ‘print-ready’ or ‘scheduled’ status for the ‘Pick and Pack’ process. Some of these orders are already overdue and many need to be shipped by tomorrow. Paging Rhydon for assistance.
