Cimpress open needs help verifying Order ID 305-9679165-0671535. The customer placed the order in size XL but received it in size S. We’ve QAed the PRD on our end, and everything appears correct, but we suspect there may be a product DNS issue. We need to reprint this order correctly and verify whether other orders are impacted so we can remediate them. T-shirts are our highest-selling product throughout the entire month, with consistent demand. The probability of a larger impact is almost certain, especially since Sunday is also a high-sales day for us.
