Incident Resolved: CTIM-1148
After a multitude of steps taken to stabilize the situation around IDP returns/Linker service that was affecting Box Up critically and other Business Units to some extent, has now stabilized and transaction times are returning to expected levels. CTIM will contain this incident with the ability to re-open it should this reoccur.
