As per the latest update, Product Operations has checked many orders, and the URL is correct. We are currently waiting for NatlPen to share an order where they have observed that 0026 has been added.

Artwork tech joined the slack and verified 2 orders from the list and see that the MRD contains the artwork and the PDF url is correct. awaiting more info from artwork team

Paging Product operations for assistance.

When trying to produce these new products they are getting a document URL with a ‘0026’ in it, with no artwork visible. They are manually changing that to ‘&ext to be able to see the artwork. Adding product operations for assistance on this issue.

After investigating the issue, the Rhydon squad informed us that the concerns are with the Order Operations UI. They are currently paging the Optics squad for further assistance.
