Incident Resolved: CTIM-1128
Product Ops identified the issue:

“The standard was updated to account for new requirements for the new slotted shipping box product”

Mina from ProdOps reverted to the previous version of the standard which fixed the live product. ProdOps will work with Manish and Courtney tomorrow to sync on the Pratt live product and ensure the latest definition is correct to avoid this issue when the update is rolled out again.

For now, this incident can be considered contained.

BoxUp’s troubleshooting has narrowed the issue down to ‘Custom Shipper Box’ products causing the issue with EDO.
