Incident Resolved: CTIM-1127
Box Up Development found problematic code on their end that was pushed to production, once reverted Box Up has now confirmed that invoices, EDO returns, payment options, and checkout are again working as expected. This isn’t is Contained with a Summary going out within 24 hours.

Box Up Development team has found errors that they believe are related to the impact currently hitting Box Up website checkout, invoices, and delivery options. They are following this lead and investigating at highest priority. Next update in max of 30 minutes.

Earlier impact has returned with online payment not working again, also invoices sent to customers are still not payable as they get an error when clicking payment links. Next update from Development in 15 minutes.

According to Box Up, checkout and designer are now working but Box Up Dev is still investigating issues with invoices. Next update in max 30 minutes.

Initial checks confirmed some functionalities like adding products to the cart are working but editing in the designer and invoices remain problematic. Further investigation is required by Boxup Dev to diagnose the issue. BoxUp Dev has joined the investigation. NExt update in 30 minutes or sooner

Multiple aspects of the website are experiencing issues, including Designer, Cart, Checkout, Payment Options and Shipping EDO. The Editor is also failing to load new images intermittently. These problems occur inconsistently but persist with every refresh.
