UPDATE:
Teams are seeing positive results in IDP traffic after taking some action in their memory/data space. While things appear to be going in the right direction, customers may still experience issues while fallback rates recover. Teams will continue to monitor the situation. Next update in a max of 30 minutes.
UPDATE:
Teams continue to investigate IDP failures causing unexpected delivery dates for multiple Business Units. There are multiple teams investigating multiple avenues for the root cause, but it is at this point still unclear. This is being investigated at highest priority. Next update in 30 minutes maximum.
