Rhydon has identified the problem, and is moving the batch to V23 as per Courtney’s request. Rhydon will investigate root cause during normal business hours now that the immediate problem is contained.

BoxUp is reporting that they have a batch: f47a79f8-829e-47b2-a2a4-944016afd13f that was successfully ripped, but got stuck while waiting for package created. User tried to move the batch off and onto V20 to unblock it and are now getting a ton of RIP failures. It has been requested to solve this ASAP so the printer does not run out of work.
