Artists were unable to proceed with the “Edit in Designer” feature within the National Pen workflow. During the investigation of the network and console tabs, they identified an error related to the product surface: “Cannot convert undefined or null to object.” This issue is affecting multiple Business Units, including Druck, National Pen, and Vistaprint Doc Review orders. As a result graphic designers were unable to perform their work. The investigation by the Product Catalog Domain revealed a scaling slowdown in the service due to a sudden spike of 80,000 requests. The issue has been addressed and the Mavericks squad is also working on measures to ensure that similar scaling issues do not occur in the future. Creating this to create a status page.
