Incident Resolved: CTIM-1099
As per the latest update, eCommerce has confirmed that the team has reverted the recent deployment, which has allowed orders to proceed without any error . Since the issue is resolved, the case status is being moved to ‘contained.

UPDATE:
eCommerce support is currently working on the issue and has informed us that the deployment carried out yesterday caused the WMD orders flowing through Cockpit to get stuck in the Initial state. The development squad that made this deployment is working on prioritizing its reversal, after which the order flow will return to normal.
