We are moving the case status to ‘Contain’ and will wait for confirmation from Boxup on the resolution provided by the Rhydon squad.

UPDATE:

Rhydon has noted that MRD might have expired and package creation failed for this(1054712) order. Then informed BoxUp to reject the order to unblock the batch. Currently awaiting confirmation from BoxUp on the issue resolution. Next update after we get confirmation from BoxUp

BoxUp has reported that they have a batch that is not going to production ready and the printer is about to run out of work. We have tried to relocate the batch to get it to retrigger and we have checked all artwork individually and cannot find an issue order.
