The Dispatch team has rolled out the fix and confirmed that EDOs have returned for the example tracing record provided by Vista team. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Vista team on the Fix. The next update after we hear back from the Vista team.

After Vista confirmed no changes had been made on their side to the products, Dispatch squad has found that the inability to order soccer jersey’s via Nova Tomato is due to a IDP carrier configuration error which came about after security update changes made to IDP. The team is currently prioritizing a fix to resolve this issue. Next update in 1 hour or sooner.

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1080
Investigation revealed that updates made by Vista to the EDOs similar to a previous incident caused the disruption. The changes involved adding and removing overrides though the exact reasoning behind these updates was unclear. Product Operations team recommended that Vista roll back the recent EDO updates to restore functionality. Its categorized as a “3 pf” issue and would require Vista’s NA 3PF Operations team or related personnel to address the erroneous EDO updates impacting teamwear products on the website. At this point the incident is contained.

Customers are unable to purchase products due to an issue. The last order was placed on 2025-01-07 at 5:21:40 PM EST and no orders have been received since then. Customers are encountering the following error message:
“We’re sorry – the item(s) below can’t be delivered to the address provided. To continue, please update or change your shipping address.”
