Incoming Labelsheet orders (SRRS LRRS SCS SOS) wrong
Incident Resolved: CTIM-1056
As per the latest update, it was found that these orders should have gone to Pixart and not Venlo. The Product Operations team is currently making the necessary changes to ensure these jobs go to Pixart. The Venlo plant will reject them. As per the confirmation, the case status is being moved to ‘contained.

Venlo IT informed us that the CARE team will pick this up tomorrow, and then they will get back to us on whether this needs to be changed or not. As per the request, we will keep this case open until further confirmation from Venlo IT.

Prepress informed us that this is due to a Prepress flow that is laying out multiple stickers. The flow only applies when Material = Holographic Polypropylene, Shape = Rounded Rectangle, and Size = 8.7 x 4.9 cm (which is why it applies to some items and not others). Currently prepress is working on it

Venlo IT is seeing some strange issues with LabelSheet orders. This is an order where the item is correct (VP_6FP7VJ53). Currently, they have found over 20 orders (since we only discover issues when printing), but there could be many more orders that are not due yet.
