Incident Resolved: CTIM-994
Product Services noticed that the traffic on surfaces jumped from around 2.5K RPM to 35K RPM. There was a sudden increase in load of approximately 10x, from 3.5K. The cause has yet to be identified, but the issue has been resolved, and this has been confirmed by Pixart and Artwork.

Currently, Product Operations has joined Slack and involved the PCD Surface Team to investigate further on this issue. Product Services has also been involved and is working on the issue.

It has affected all merchants whose orders are processed through manual review. There is a preview issue in all the workflows, including DR, Embroidery, CC, and PF, which is impacting production. I request that you please look into it as a priority.
