Incident Resolved: CTIM-988
Rhydon addressed an issue with a rejected batch on V12, ensuring that the rejected job for a specific order was removed from the backlog and would not be batched again. Rhydon also explained that the issue occurred when an item was immediately rejected after a cancellation rejection. To prevent recurrence, they suggested a process to follow, including verifying that all fulfillment items for the order are created and in “print_ready” status before rejecting it. Fulfiller also confirmed on this and the incident is moved to contained status..
