Incident Resolved: CTIM-985
Dninjas verified and confirmed that everything is functioning properly from the piranha load endpoint. We awaited response from the fulfiller and containing the incident as no further issues have been reported on this.

UPDATE:

The Rhydon team have checked the devices, and from Batman’s viewpoint, everything appears to be functioning properly. Furthermore, the Dninjas team have verified and confirmed that everything is functioning properly from the piranha load endpoint.
Waiting for the NP teams confirmation.
