Production should try to manually batch these items if needed. We will wait for confirmation and close this incident once we’ve heard back from the fulfiller.
UPDATE:
After reviewing the issue, it appears the system is functioning as expected since none of the orders are critical as well as no ability for optimal batching based on the quantity.

It seems there are no batches available in the Entity Tracker application for the Pens process (Casino process) to produce. Despite having 22,915 units, they are not batching. This is urgent as NP has halted production.
