Rise in DSS Response Times

Incident Resolved: CTIM-977
Incident is contained for now as the response times have remained stable for over 30min. We will follow up with Surface Ninjas to identify the possible cause during regular business hours.

UPDATE:

Response times are back to normal. It seems the initial spike could have been caused by timeouts from Surface Specs which would need to be confirmed by Surface Ninjas. Since the symptoms have improved, we wouldn’t need to page them at this point.

Artwork teams are investigating 5XX errors from doc gateway currently as part of CTIM-976 and CTIM-977.
