At this point, this incident is contained since the workaround is in place. There will need to be follow ups to insert the correct UPS data and remove the ‘catch all’ transit times next week.

Catch-all transits added for shipping console, permanent fix will be applied once UPS transit times data can be updated with missing zip codes.

Delivery options are being updated for BoxUp to help fix the issue and prevent having to manually modify the affected orders. There’s still some discussion around the options in shipping console affected by missing transit times. Teams are still working through the ideal changes to make with the least impact on current production.

Customers are only able to select the ‘Rush’ shipping option, causing lost orders for people who would select alternate shipping methods. This could be related to updated transit times that were applied yesterday.
