The Customer Discount Service is experiencing 100% server side errors due to a spike in database connections caused by load testing performed by Pixart. The Pixart team is actively working to stop the load test which has already resulted in a significant decrease in throughput. The database connections are being closely monitored to ensure they stabilize and the service returns to normal functionality.
