Incident Resolved: CTIM-940
Ecommerce Support reinjected all the affected orders resolving the issue, although some orders had already been injected and processed earlier. Incident is contained.

PS is working to reject the orders now. We will need to follow up with ecommerce to have them reinjected.

Issue was raised previously (PS-146361) and found that the orders were stuck due to the missing PMD info, which has since been corrected. The issue was passed to Platform Support so the orders could be rejected/reinjected. Currently checking with Platform Support to see whether or not that’s been completed.

BoxUp currently has 25 orders that haven’t been injected into the Paperless system and are showing as ‘Missed SLA Awaiting Order Preparation’ in MCP. These items are stuck at ‘drawingRequested’ but show a successful document output after processing. There are also 3 orders in the list submitted by the fulfiller that are stuck at ‘awaitingFulfillerResponse’.
