UPDATE:

For the artwork sizing issue: additional orders submitted using the same process are working as expected, The example order shows the customer-supplied artwork was very small and was submitted via reorder that bypassed doc review. We believe this issue to be specific to that order and not a systemic problem.

For the 2D/3D mismatch in designer tools: eCommerce is currently investigating.

3D view in Poly Mailers doesn’t match 2D view in cockpit and designer. Requesting assistance to identify if this is related to the ‘tenantId’ changes from ctim-926 that affect the 3D preview URL.

UPDATE:

Two ongoing issues regarding poly mailers:

  1. Poly mailer 3D view and printed product not matching (flap art is upside down)
  2. Artwork sized incorrectly in printed product
We are gathering more examples in the channel, but need help to confirm whether these are individual order artwork issues or affecting all products. Artwork support is currently looking into the issue.

New Incident: CTIM-931
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: Artwork Tech: Support for review.
BoxUp has noticed there’s still some issue with the poly mailer layouts when comparing the editor view with the printed product where the flap artwork is upside down. This issue is possibly related to the changes made in ctim-911. The problem is not currently urgent (not paging teams) but we would like some assistance before tomorrow AM ET to confirm the issue.
