UPDATE:
Escalation sent to: eCommerce Support
Requesting E-Com Support help to bring in Cockpit teams to investigate issue wherein 3D previews for 12x9x2 display mailers are incorrect in Cockpit blocking customers from purchasing as the preview shows them the outside on the inside of the box. Artwork Tech found this appears to be related to an artwork placement issue in Cockpit because of mismatch in providing the incorrect tenantID and tenantType when querying for 3D preview.
UPDATE:
Artwork Tech has reviewed the problem with the artwork placement issue in cockpit for the affected product and found that it’s caused by an incorrect tenantId/tenantType parameter in the query for the 3D preview. This will need to be checked and corrected by the cockpit devs.
UPDATE:
BoxUp confirmed at ~11am ET that they were able to create orders in Cockpit for the affected product. There is still an issue, though, with the 3D preview for these items where the artwork isn’t placed correctly after the order is created. This is affecting order approvals. There is a workaround in-place, but we’re keeping this incident open so that it can be checked during business hours IST before the next BoxUp shift tomorrow.
New Incident: CTIM-926
Priority: Critical
Escalation sent to: eCommerce Support for review.
BoxUp has been unable to place orders for 12x9x2 display mailers in Cockpit since 11/8/24. The issue has been bumped in urgency from the original ticket (PS-145724) since this is affecting current orders. eCommerce support was originally engaged and has been looking at the issue, though we are likely to need assistance from additional squads to find the problem.
