Printjobs completed without gang depth (Item Aggregation)
Incident Resolved: CTIM-923
Printdeal has confirmed that the issue is resolved and printjobs can now be released to the fulfiller. The incident is contained.

UPDATE:
The Trdelnik squad has implemented changes to address the 403 error and they are awaiting confirmation on whether the issue persists. Printdeal has been asked to retry the process to determine if the error is resolved.

Trdelnik squad is online and looking into the issue. Next update will be shared when we hear from them.

Currently Printdeal unable to create print jobs in the Item Aggregation tool. Although the jobs show as ‘Completed’ there’s no gang department assigned, preventing the print jobs from being released to the fulfiller.
