Incident Resolved: CTIM-913
D’Ninjas explained that this is expected behavior, as the ‘Completed Job Summary’ uses the legacy Bifrost service which only supports the laser workflow. As a result, other workflows would not be included in the reports. This was previously discussed during onboarding and so it was not included in the rollout. We are containing the incident and will mention this to the dev squad as a possible improvement.

National Pen (MEX) is having an issue with the ‘Completed Jobs’ summary in the Planner tool when trying to collect data. It seems that all workflows except ‘Laser Engraving’ are showing 0 completed jobs when searching from 10/28 to 11/5.
They’ve also asked if there’s an easier way to view the completed jobs from all workflows without having to click each one in the ‘decoration tech’ filter. This might be more of a feature request, but it could be helpful to have an ‘All’ filter option.
