Updating this issue category since it’s unclear where this configuration is set without more information (but it doesn’t appear to be within PCD at this point).

Additional info on the requested config changes needed from the fulfiller. The config parameter change requested doesn’t seem to be a ‘product config’ but related to artwork or prepress…currently checking with artwork teams.

Escalation sent to: PCD: Product Operations for review.
New product family (GLO) requires correction (details in channel). Since the product already has orders in production, the fulfiller has requested we update the configuration asap.
