UPDATE:

After removing the 11/11 holiday from the UPS-Host-Demo-US calendar, the shipping options seem to have been corrected. We will keep the incident open for a while to be sure there aren’t any additional problems that appear after modifying the calendar.

Requesting assistance from dispatch to identify why an expected delivery date is now showing for edoTracingRecord from Boxup (edo request in channel).

Boxup website isn’t showing 11/8 as a possible ship date, despite it being a work day in the logistics calendar. The issue has been previously investigated by Logistics and MIS teams. Currently trying to identify where/how the Boxup website is making the request to logistics services to show possible delivery options.
