This issue was resolved by 9:49am ET on 10/30/2024 but reopened to investigate latent symptoms caused by the outage. That issue was also resolved on 10/30/2024, but remained open on the status page by mistake. Closing this issue now.

Adding D’Ninjas to the escalation to see if the Production Entity Tracker is getting fresh orders, as per observations in the channel, it would appear that it currently is not.

Incident Resolved: CTIM-901
The Workflow instance ran Out of Memory and it triggered the alerts, instance was restarted immediately and it has resolved most of the alerts now. Auto Retries shall process all stuck orders in no time.

The incident can now be considered contained.
