UPDATE:
Updated problem statement from Artwork teams: ‘The issue is that the document in the Order Operations tool is not the same as the document ordered, since it has been transformed. This indicates there is likely a bug in the software performing the transformation, but that at least the preview and the PDF are consistent.’
UPDATE:
The customer document and PDF output from Studio were checked and are matching. It appears there was a transformation to the artwork for the affected order that could be the result of the prepress parameters. Currently no confirmation of additional impact though it’s still being assessed.

Artwork Processing noticed an issue with order previews not matching the PDF proofs and has already raised it to the Studio team for review. Currently gathering a list of affected orders. More detail in the incident channel.
