Dninjas have partly identified the issue, working on the remediation of stuck orders. And then we’ll look into the exact issue and post RCA here in a while.

NatlPen-MEX have batches stuck in live (redacted) status. It seems that the batches have an error, they appear that they already have a batch, but when they try to search for the batch in the reports but it does not exist either.
