Incident Resolved: PAP-2173
Symphony has updated the product family of older open orders in the system to MSZ-CO2-N. National Pen (CZH) can now proceed with creating a manual batch for it. Incident is contained.

UPDATE:

Rhydon noted that there was no backlog for the MSZ-CO2-N product family prompting National Pen (CZH) to assert that he would receive an error if there were no backlogs. Rhydon clarified that manual batch requests are processed asynchronously and hence no errors appear and the issue might be related to inkjet versus laser flows. The team continues to investigate further.
