Rhydon squad requested D’Ninjas squad to investigate the issue where the batch did not close when the order was canceled. D’Ninjas squad updated the batch manually, which unblocked the machine. The National Pen team has confirmed that they are now able to scan the next batch as expected. Additionally, the D’Ninjas squad has created a ticket in their backlog to address this issue permanently. The issue is considered resolved.

National Pen team has escalated that the batch “MEX-CAS-B-20241022-009” is stuck in Imprinting started status over device “Casino_CLR_03_Head_2” due to which they are unable to load next job. Looking further it seems like this batch is stuck since 2 days ago as of “22 October 8:58 AM PDT”.
