Incident Resolved: PAP-2169
System is running as expected and production is currently not affected. Planner refresh is responding normally as well. No indication currently as to what caused the initial slowness, and the issue with reports downloading will be checked during business hours. At this point, the incident is contained.

D’Ninjas hasn’t found any issues with the system so far but are actively looking into the reported problems from production.

Planner loading issues for laser workflow. The refresh is taking much longer than usual and since the initial escalation we’re now unable to see active statuses of the machines, every line now shows ‘committed’ state only.
