Incident Resolved: PAP-2167
Rhydon was able to revert to the correct schedule by 2pm ET and clean up the remaining items from the other plan shortly after. They’ve completed an initial investigation which we’ll provide in the incident summary. Incident is contained.

UPDATE:
Incident is ongoing. It appears that two plans were generated with the targets split between them. This prevents those items from being manually batched and continues to heavily impact production.

Adding Symphony Squad to check if the other devices were included in the shift plan.
