Rozwiązany

Incident Resolved: PAP-2162
Rhydon found some anomalous behavior in the AWS EventBridge flow that manages the state of the auto-scheduler. The on/off functions are working normally now, though Rhydon will work with AWS support teams to further diagnose the issue on Monday AM. At this point, the incident is contained.

Rozpoznanie

New Incident: PAP-2162
Priority: Critical
Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Rhydon Squad for review.
Initially BoxUp thought this might be due to operator error but their investigation has ruled this out. One of the printers, V23, ran below the RIP (Raster Image Processor) threshold at 8:18 AM. It ran out of work at 9:30 AM. BoxUp manually ripped 100 impressions which was still below the capacity threshold but the printer ran out of work again. They also tried turning the autoscheduler on and off to trigger a rip but it didn’t assign any work to the printer.
This suggests there may be an underlying issue with the autoscheduler system.
