Status 403 in PET for Inkjet

Incident Resolved: PAP-2159
The fulfiller is temporarily using a different user ID while the issue is being diagnosed. They have confirmed that everything is functioning properly with the alternate ID. DNinjas will continue their investigation. For now the incident is contained.

UPDATE:

D’Ninjas has found that the auth request is returning a 404 when calling:
/auth/access-management/v1/principals/self/permissions/fulfillers/kv0fdt6cx7/read:profile

We’ve requested the fulfiller to use another user ID until the issue can be diagnosed further. If they’re unable to use a working ID and the workflow is still hard-down, we’ll engage other teams once we hear back from them.

D’Ninjas has verified the inkjetOP user has the required permissions, though production is still unable to log in. Investigation is ongoing.
