PBM Vista’s priority on this incident is currently set at J3 as it’s not a blocker for their customers in Studio. The Artwork team will attempt to get someone from the designers team to fix the designs. Incident is contained.

Placeholders in Studio are being replaced by images uploaded by users, impacting users since 4pm UTC on October 16th. This represents a 9,000% increase compared to the historical range. The issue has been flagged as an API 500 error in QM.
