Incident Resolved: PAP-2151
Dninjas informed NatlPen-MEX that they had selected the nationalpen_tijuana_staging tenant instead of the correct nationalpen_tijuana. After reviewing it in production, the issue was resolved and confirmed by NatlPen-MEX.

Dninjas joined the Slack and noticed that the user was scanning the batch in the staging environment. Dninjas suggested NatPen-Mex to scan the batch on the proper webshell station and are awaiting feedback from NatPen-Mex on the provided workaround.
